I just wanted to be en-lighted on the situation of why for the past 6years ZESCO has not come up wit a solution to end this rationing of electricity when people pay for the service and we have all the facilities to generate our own power....with my little knowledge i have learnt the we as Zambia we export/supply electricity to others countries am sure there is a charge to that what happens with the money or the charges are paid in kind..
