Translated version of draft constitution to be ready by month-end-Silungwe

The technical committee drafting the Zambian constitution says it is hopeful that the printing and distribution of the translated local languages draft constitution will be completed by the end of this month.

Committee chairperson Justice Annel Silungwe says the printing of the copies in local languages which has already commenced, is expected top be completed in about 15 days.

Justice Silungwe further stated that the distribution of the translated is expected to be done in about 10 days.

Speaking this morning on ZNBC's mid morning programme monitored by QFM NEWS, Justice Silungwe pointed out that the committee will however not wait for printing to finish, to start distributing the translated copies.
