Chief Munyambala of the Kaonde Speaking People in Mufumbwe District has noted that his Chiefdom will not allow political parties to ferry cadres to the area during their campaigns.
The traditional leader says he was concerned with the violence that engulfed the Mufumbwe by-election last year.
He says political parties should therefore work with the people of Mufumbwe district during the campaigns to avoid possible break-out of violence in the election period.
The chief adds that has however advised all the political parties to be tolerant and learn to co-exist saying that violence that took place in during was regrettable and measures need to put in place to curb the vice.
