Father Banyangadora refutes Watchdog story

Deported Catholic Priest Father Viatuer Banyangadora has denied the story published by the Zambian Watchdog in which he is purported to have called President Michael Sata an arrogant dictator.

In a statement released to QFM News by Zambia Episcopal Conference Communications officer Mwenya Mukuka, Fr Banyangadora expresses surprise at the story attributed to him stating that he has never given an interview to any one or has he ever talked about President Sata since his deportation.

He says he has kept silent and will not comment on politics anywhere because that is not his mission, as his calling is about the Gospel.

Fr Banyangadora says he is convinced there are some malicious people behind such kind of stories who want to dirten his name because that is not his language.

He states that he can never say the things he is purported to have said about President Michael Sata.

He has challenged the Zambian Watchdog to state where and when they met him where he gave them the story.

Fr Banyangadora says there is no doubt that he is now in grave danger following the story published by the Zambian Watchdog

The Zambian Watchdog quoting unspecified Rwandan media on Wednesday published on its Website the story in which Fr Banyangadora is purported to have called President Sata a dictator who will not survive the 2016 general elections.
